Update billing information from an email request

Follow these steps to update your billing information from an email request.

Sometimes, we will request new payment information through an email that provides a simple and secure method for adding or updating your information.
  1. In the email, click Update Payment Method.
    The Update Payment Method button is highlighted.
  2. In the secure online portal, hosted by our billing provider, click the credit card you would like to edit, then click Edit Payment Method.
    Tip:

    You can also add a new payment method, if needed.

  3. Edit the payment information, then click Update.
