Learn about the ViewMyForms e-delivery service.
ViewMyForms is an e-delivery service that allows you to send tax forms to recipients electronically through a branded web portal. Instead of mailing paper forms, recipients can access their tax documents online in a secure portal. You can send recipients custom email notifications when a new form is available. When you send an email to a recipient, they can log in and access all forms created for them regardless of form type.

- Add payer, recipient, and form data.Important:
When adding recipients, the Email field is required.
Set up email templates. Create custom email templates with company logos and contact information that recipients will see.
Send emails to recipients. Select your recipients, set up how they will log in, then send the emails.
Track email delivery status. View which recipients have received emails.
Send update notifications. Send a new email when forms are updated within a specified date range.
