Find out how to view the results of bulk TIN matching after they come back from the IRS.

1. Go to Recipients on the side menu.
2. Click View TIN mismatches.
   
3. Click the tabs to review the TIN match, OFAC, and DMF results.
   • Each row on the TIN mismatches tab represents an IRS error code. Click an error's row to view a list of recipients with the error, then click a recipient's row to view and edit the recipient.

     Tip: To request information from recipients to fix TIN mismatches, follow the steps in the article on W-9 solicitations.

   • The OFAC tab shows recipients who failed the OFAC check. Click a recipient's row to view and edit the recipient.

   • The DMF tab shows recipients who failed the DMF check. Click a recipient's row to view and edit the recipient.
