Find payers
Use the quick filters or search to find the payers and information you need.
- Go to the Payers page.
- Use the quick filters or search to find payers.
- Filter by error code: Select to review all payers with errors or select a specific error code from the dropdown.
- Filter by last modified by: Select a user from the dropdown.
- Search: Enter a name, TIN, PTIN, or EIN number in the Search bar. You must enter at least three letters or numbers.
Customize the Payers page

- On the Payers page, click the Columns icon.
- Click the Crossed-out eye icon next to a column to hide it from view. Click the regular Eye icon to show a column.
