Add and Manage Users

Reset user passwords

Send a reset password email to users who can't log in.

Note: Only TIR_ADMIN users can reset user passwords.
  1. On the side menu, click the Settings icon, then click Users.
  2. Click the user's row.
  3. Click Reset password.
An email is sent to the user's email address from noreply@sovos.com with instructions on how to reset their password.
