Access Your Account

Set up two-factor authentication

Learn how to set up two-factor authentication across all Sovos products.

Two-factor authentication is optional but check if your company's security policy requires you to set it up.

Important: Setting up two-factor authentication enables it across all Sovos products.
  1. On the login screen, enter your email and password. Then click Log In.
  2. When the two-factor authentication prompt appears, click Get started.
  3. Download an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, to your web browser or mobile phone. Then follow the app's directions and enter the unique setup key.
  4. After saving the new account in the authenticator app, enter your device name and the device code. Then click Complete setup.
