Reset password

If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it.

  • If your account was never activated, you can't reset your password.

  • If you set up your account and the link has expired, contact Support.

  • If you were added by another user and the link has expired, ask the same user to reset your password.

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot password.
    The Forgot password button is highlighted.
  2. When prompted, enter your email address. Then click Continue.
  3. After getting an email with a recovery code, paste the six-digit code into the field on the Check recovery code page, then click Next.
  4. On the Choose a Password page, enter and confirm the new password. Then click Continue.
  5. Click Continue again to go back to the login page.
  6. Enter your email address and new password. Then click Log In.
