We updated the TIN/Name check information message to explain which checks run when TIN and Name matching is turned off.

We updated the real-time results so that the IRS result is hidden when IRS TIN and Name matching is turned off for your account. You now see only the results that apply to your account, based on the setting that was in place when the request was sent. This removes noise from your results and makes it clear which checks are running for your account.

We removed the IRS service message for accounts that have IRS TIN and Name matching turned off. You can now work without notices about IRS availability that do not affect your checks. The message returns when IRS TIN and Name matching is enabled again.

We updated the History overview, History details, and Printed history details pages to hide the IRS result when IRS TIN and Name matching is turned off.

We fixed a problem that was allowing new trial accounts to access the Bulk check menu and upload files before they were eligible. Bulk check is now available to account administrators only when the account has an active subscription, and site administrators keep full access.

We fixed a problem that was sending account administrators to the Upload page when bulk check was turned off for their account. You now see the prompt to enable bulk check.

We fixed a problem that was causing checks not to be counted for accounts with IRS TIN and Name matching turned off. Checks are now counted according to the billing rules that apply to your account.
