New and improved

ReportMyUP Plus only
Introducing custom fields
  • Track additional property details specific to your business with custom fields. These fields won't appear on due diligence letters or state reports, but the audit trail records any changes to their values.

  • After adding custom fields, you can include custom field columns in your bulk import file using the field name. You can import data for both active and inactive custom fields.

  • On the Properties page, add custom fields to the table by customizing your columns. By default, custom fields aren't displayed in the table but are included in the download file.

Properties page
  • When you show, hide, or reorder columns, your selection is applied across all tabs (Current, Archive, and All) and saved. The saved view carries over even if you sign out or switch browsers.

  • The table also saves your filters, page number, and row count when you leave to add or edit a property. Signing out and back in resets the table to your default view.

Bug fixes

ReportMyUP and ReportMyUP Plus
Canadian reporting
We fixed a problem that caused incorrect report dates for Alberta, New Brunswick, and Quebec properties created before physical presence changes. The system now updates report dates correctly when you change physical presence settings for these provinces.
Note:

This only affected the displayed report date. State reports were accurate.

Migrated accounts
We fixed a problem that caused letters and state report documents to display outdated business addresses for accounts migrated from UPExchange. Letters and state reports now display the current business address from the Business Information page.
State reports
We fixed a problem that caused the state value to be blank in NAUPA files when the Country field was empty. The system now defaults to USA and includes the state value when the country is blank.

Regulatory update

Safe deposit box reporting
We updated the state report generation logic for safe deposit (SD) properties. Drilling fees and unpaid rent are now displayed only in the first tangible content row in the NAUPA file instead of in every content row. This change prevents state report rejections for states that enforce KAPS portal validations, including Washington.
