Manage your profile settings

Add and change your personal information, and manage your language and timezone preferences.

You can manage your personal information and customize your Sovos experience by setting personal preferences that apply across supported products on the Sovos platform.

Note:

These settings apply to Sovos products that are integrated with the Sovos platform. Some Sovos products manage their settings independently and may not apply what you define here. In those cases, you may need to configure your preferences separately in each individual product.

Go to Sovos Home.
Click your profile icon in the header, then select Profile.
The Personal Info page opens.
In the Personal information section, enter or update your email address, first and last name, company name, and phone number.

Note:
You can't change your email address.
In the Time and language section, select your language and time zone preferences in the following dropdowns:

Language

Set your language preference for your Sovos products. This determines the language used for menus, messages, and other on-screen text.

Timezone (UTC offset)

Configure your local timezone to ensure dates and times display correctly for your location. This affects how timestamps appear throughout Sovos products. Selecting the timezone for your location keeps dates and times accurate across Sovos products.
To save your changes, click Save profile.

Your preferences are saved and apply to your supported Sovos products immediately.
