Bug fixes

We fixed an issue where NetSuite (SuiteTax and SuiteCommerce) sent tax calculation requests for empty carts or transactions, which resulted in the error "Please add an item or items". If there are no line items, the system now automatically skips tax calculation without displaying any errors or warnings.
