How to allow negative tax amounts in NetSuite SuiteTax from Tax Determination.

1. Go to Customization > Lists, Records,&Fields > Record Types.
2. Select Sovos Configuration Record and click List.
3. In the Sovos Configuration row, click Edit.
4. Go to the Sovos Transaction Tax Config tab and select Sovos Negative Tax Amount. Click Save.
