Learn how to capture an error in the execution log.

1. Go to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.
2. Click View in the Sovos Legacy Record Submit User Event row.
3. Click the Execution Log tab, then click Remove All.
4. Reproduce the error by opening NetSuite Legacy Tax in a separate browser tab and creating a test sales order, making sure to click either Save or Calculate Tax.
5. Return to the script browser tab and click Refresh.
   A list of script notes is displayed.
6. Copy the script notes into an Excel file and share the file with the Support team.
   Only 25 script notes are shown at once; use the dropdown to view all script notes in the log.

   Note:

   You can filter out all non-error script notes by selecting Error from the Type dropdown.
