Fix bulk upload errors

Learn how to fix issues preventing customers that were uploaded in bulk to CertManager from being sent to Global Tax Determination.

After bulk uploading customers, some customers have the Not in GTD status.

The upload is still in the queue to be processed and sent to Global Tax Determination.

  1. Wait a few minutes to system process the queued customers.
  2. Click the Refresh Customer Table icon to update the status.
  3. Check the Uploads/Downloads page and download the error report if the upload is marked as unsuccessful.
  4. Fix the errors shown on the report and upload the file again.
    Note:

    You should only reupload the records that failed. If you want to use the error file for the reupload, remove the Error column before uploading the file.
