Delete exemptions
Learn how to delete exemptions from CertManager.
Exemptions that are synced to Global Tax Determination can't be deleted from CertManager. These exemptions have the AUDITABLE_COMPLETE exemption status.
CAUTION:
Deleting an exemption is final and can't be undone.
- On the Exemptions page, hover over the exemption you want to delete and click the Open icon, then click Remove Exemption.
- Click Remove on the confirmation message.
