Add multiple customers with a custom file

Learn how to add multiple customers at once using a custom file.

  1. Go to Settings > Customers.
  2. Click Upload.
  3. Select Adding new customers, then click Next.
  4. Select Custom map your file.
  5. Select a custom mapping from the dropdown menu.
  6. Drag and drop your file into the Upload XLSX file box or click Browse to select the file.
  7. Click Upload.
    Tip: At any point you can return to the previous step by clicking Back.
The customers will be added to the table. If you do not see the customers right away, click Refresh Customer Table.
