Troubleshoot report errors

Learn how to troubleshoot errors on your reports.

You see a red circle or an orange triangle with exclamation mark next to a report.

A red circle with exclamation mark next to a report means that there is missing information.

An orange triangle with exclamation mark next to a report means that orders included in the report have changed since the report was last generated or marked as filed.

Click the arrow next to the report or anywhere near the report title to expand that report information, and click Fix.
  • If you have missing information, ShipCompliant prompts you for the missing information. Enter the required information and then click Save and complete.
  • If you have changed orders, download the Changed order analysis spreadsheet to view orders that have changed. After reviewing what changed within the report, choose to keep the original or replace it with the newest version.
