New and improved

Registrations
We updated Alabama Combined registrations to generate two separate registration packets: one for Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) and one for Wholesale (WS). Previously, the system created a single combined PDF that the state rejected. Each packet now includes the correct cover letter, registration forms, and supporting documents. You can send each packet to the state individually, which meets Alabama's registration requirements.

Bug fixes

Registrations
We fixed an issue that was causing held renewals to be deactivated without warning when pending check payments were overridden. You can now complete the renewal process without registrations being deactivated prematurely.
En Route Dashboard
We fixed a problem where orders with certain tracking number formats didn't appear on the En Route Dashboard. Orders now display correctly.
E-signatures
We fixed a problem where you couldn't edit or add e-signatures for tax return filings. You can now set up and manage e-signatures without problems.
Tax reporting
We fixed a problem that was causing sales to the City of Chicago to appear twice on the Illinois Sales and Use Tax returns. You can now file Illinois returns with accurate sales figures.
Brands
We fixed an issue that caused an error when you updated brand keys for brands with a large number of assigned products. You can now update brand keys regardless of the number of products assigned to the brand.
Compliance
We fixed a problem where orders with P.O. Box shipping addresses passed compliance checks instead of being blocked. Compliance validation now correctly blocks orders with non-deliverable addresses, such as P.O. Boxes, regardless of how the order was created.
