New and improved

Branding: The ShipCompliant logo now reflects the latest branding and is displayed in the MarketReady registration workflow and on the Analytics Reports page.

Orders: We fixed a problem that caused single club order releases to time out. You can now release individual club orders to fulfillment without errors.
Distributors: We fixed a problem in the Wholesale Wizard where cloning distributor territories from one brand to another copied all territories instead of only the selected ones. You can now clone brand territories and get only the territories that were selected for the source brand.
Tax reports: We fixed a problem that caused incorrect amounts on the California CDTFA-401-A2 Sales and Use Tax Return. Nontaxable sales are now included in the report calculations, and the amounts on the report and the downloadable spreadsheet match.

Colorado: We updated the Colorado Retail Sales Tax Return to remove the state-level vendor discount (service fee) effective January 1, 2026. This change reflects the elimination of the timely filing discount at the state level as outlined in the approved House Bill.
Minnesota: We corrected a tax rate calculation for a new address in Worthington, Minnesota. Previously, the system calculated only the state tax rate of 6.875% instead of the full combined rate of 7.875%, which includes county and city taxes. You can now expect accurate tax calculations for this address that reflect all applicable state, county, and city tax rates.
Missouri: We updated the Missouri Sales to Wholesale Dealers and Monthly Report PDF for domestic and foreign beer and adjusted the e-file frequency.
Oklahoma: We adjusted the due date for the Oklahoma Report of Distributor Shipments from the 20th to the 10th day of each month to align with state requirements.
