Bug fixes

Direct shipper reports
We fixed an issue that caused emailed reports to have default file names. The Arkansas Quarterly Direct Shipper Report now keeps the correct file name when Sovos sends it to the state.

Regulatory updates

Alaska
We added the Chignik jurisdiction to the Alaska Remote Seller Sales Tax Return upload template. You can now report sales for Chignik, effective July 1, 2026.
Colorado
We updated the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee Return (Form DR-1786) with the latest revision date. The form reflects the $0.31 retail delivery fee effective July 1, 2026.
Nebraska
We updated Schedule I of the Nebraska Form 10 State and Local Sales and Use Tax Return with the new rate of 1.5% for the city of Edgar and with the latest state layout, effective July 1, 2026.
North Dakota
We updated the local schedule of the North Dakota Sales, Use, and Gross Receipts Tax return with the new rate of 3.5% for the city of Drayton and the new rate of 2% for the city of Scranton, effective July 1, 2026.
Vermont
We added eight local jurisdictions to the Vermont SU-451 Sales and Use Tax Return:
  • Bristol

  • Fair Haven

  • Mendon

  • Morristown

  • Pomfret

  • Swanton

  • Vergennes

  • Waitsfield

Each new jurisdiction reports at a rate of 1%, effective July 1, 2026.
West Virginia
We updated the West Virginia WNE-02 Direct Shipper's Report of Wine Shipped upload file to match the latest state template. Invoice dates now use the MM/DD/YYYY format. The file also includes the new Schedule B tab.
