Regulatory updates

Illinois

We updated the Chicago Annual Liquor Tax Report to match the revised city form. The report now:

• Maps total gallons sold to the gallonage lines by alcohol content category.

• Separates on-premises and off-premises consumption.

• Calculates the off-premises tax.

• Reports the combined tax due.

The annualization section covers the July 2025 through June 2026 prepayment periods, and the total tax due in ShipCompliant reflects the amount that remains after your prepayments.
