Register products in Arkansas

All the information you need to register your products in Arkansas.

Which products to register

In Arkansas, you will need to register:

  • Wine
  • Spirits
  • Beer (currently handled outside of PRO)

You will need to include the following information for each product you register:

  • Vintage (for wine)
  • Bottle size
  • ABV
  • Bottles per case

How to register your products

  • If you have a new brand, register it as a New Brand.
  • If you have a new COLA under an existing brand, register it as a Line Extension.
  • If you make changes to a label or product that do not require a new COLA, you do not need to register it again. If a new COLA is required, register it as a new brand. If you change distributors, you will need to re-register your product as well.
  • If you have a variety pack or combo, you don not need to register it separately.

Some registrations are approved upon submission, while others require review. If you have not received approval or a request for supporting information within three days, leave a comment for the state administrator on your registration, or reach out to the state.

License information

License numbers must be five digits with no punctuation or spaces.

Distributor information

Distributor assignments are required as part of label registration in Arkansas, but territory assignments are not.

Renewals

Registrations are renewed annually in Arkansas. The renewal period is in June.

Beer registrations must be submitted manually in Arkansas and can't be done through PRO.

When submitting a registration, you will be directed to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) webpage before the registration is submitted. Certain firewall and network configurations may prevent you from accessing their webpage to confirm your payment. If you receive a Page Not Found error, check your firewall settings or try from a different computer.
