Follow these steps to customize your NPS email template with your logo and your text.

1. In ShipCompliant, go to Orders, and click Settings.
2. Click Email.
3. Enter the business information in the top section and upload your company logo.
4. Click Save.
5. Click NPS on the Settings page.
6. Enter the email subject and body text.
7. Click Save below the preview of the email.
