Add third-party credentials

Learn how to add third-party credentials to ShipCompliant for integration with fulfillment houses.

Most fulfillment houses use third party credentials to allow order data to pass from ShipCompliant into their system. These credentials are generated and provided by your fulfillment house. You'll need to add these credentials to ShipCompliant to connect with an integrated fulfillment partner, as well as to connect with your FedEx account.

Ask your fulfillment partner for the credentials needed for ShipCompliant. If you're integrating with a FedEx account, you'll need your 9-digit customer ID.
In ShipCompliant, go to Settings, then click Account Settings.
Click Third Party Credentials from the list of options on the left-hand side.
Click Add Credentials.
Select your credential type and enter he credentials that were provided to you by your fulfillment location.
Click Save.

A green banner will appear at the top of the screen indicating success.
