Change column mapping with column lookup
This task shows you how to change column mapping with column lookup as part of the Data Validation service.
- Column lookup is part of our Data Validation service and is currently only available if you have IOSS registration (Import scheme) or OSS registration (Union/Non-Union scheme).
- Column mapping is one of the steps of the file upload process. Go to the Upload data for IOSS and OSS registrations article for more information.
- On the side menu, go to Settings > Column lookup.
- If you have more than one company on your account, select your company name from the Client dropdown menu or type the name in the box to search from the list.
- If you have more than one template type on your account, select the one you want to view or change from the Template type dropdown menu.

- Template type is for IOSS registration (Import scheme).

- Find the field that you want to change, and select the lookup group from the Select lookup group dropdown menu.
