Create your new Sovos login
Sovos is updating the login experience for all products to a single, more secure account with two-factor authentication support.
The new login gives you access to all your Sovos products through a single account.
Create your new login when prompted
The next time you log in to S1, you'll see a prompt to set up your new login. Click Update login now. You'll receive an email with a link to finish the login setup. Click the link, then follow the prompts on the screen. The link expires in 72 hours.
To skip, click I'll do it later and log in to S1 as usual. After June 30, the option to skip will no longer be available and you'll need to complete your new login setup before you can log in.
UAT and Production maintain separate logins
UAT and Production each require their own login. Complete the Sovos login setup for both environments.

Tax Determination access from the Sovos Portal
We're removing the portal login option on June 30. After that date, Tax Determination is only available through S1. If you don't have an S1 account, contact Sovos support before June 30.
Troubleshooting
- You haven't received the setup email
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply-account@sovos.com. If you still don't see it, your organization's email security settings may be blocking it. Contact your IT administrator and ask them to add sovos.com and noreply-account@sovos.com to your allowlist.
- The verification link isn't working
Links expire after 72 hours. Go to the login page and click Forgot password to get a new one.
