We will be migrating our DNS records from GoDaddy to DNS Made Easy on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 9:00 PM ET. This change will help keep our services reliable and scalable. No action is required.

What to expect?

Most customers will not experience any issues. Changes usually finish within an hour but can take up to 24 hours.

If you experience any connection issues after the migration, talk to your IT team or network administrator. They may need to flush your DNS cache or check your corporate network settings.

What is changing?

We are moving our DNS records from Go Daddy to DNS Made Easy. You will still have the same access and services. The only change will be the authoritative DNS server (NS record) for our domains.

Technical details

• The migration involves updating our Name Servers (NS) from pdns11.domaincontrol.com and pdns12.domaincontrol.com to ns10.digicertdns.com through ns15.digicertdns.com.

• During the maintenance, we expect both services to resolve correctly, so your service will not be disrupted. However, in the unlikely event that DNS caching is in use and GoDaddy revokes ahead of schedule, there could be some temporary resolution issues. If this happens, follow these steps:

  • For Windows users, flush your local DNS cache using the command ipconfig/flushdns.

  • For enterprise systems, consult your network administrator for DNS cache refresh procedures.
