Learn about the My Returns page, the main page of Sales Tax Filing Services where you can check on your returns.

When you log in to Sales Tax Filing Services, you land on the My Returns dashboard, which lists all the returns that will be filed in a given filing period along with some basic information:

Due

The date that the return is due to the taxing authority. Sovos automatically assigns the due date based on taxing authority guidance, but you can choose to override this date.

State

The state in which the return is due.

Return

The name of the return.

Legal Entity

The individual or organization that is required by the taxing authority to file returns.

Status

The status of the return

Amount Due

The amount due to the taxing authority.

You can use the arrows or click the calendar icon to change the filing period. You can also filter the returns by state and return status.
