Edit or delete users

If a team member's information changes or if they leave your team, follow these steps to update their user information or delete them from the Saphety Invoice Network portal.

  1. From the side menu, go to Users.
    Note:

    Here, you can search for all the users already created.

  2. Enter the username and click Search.
    Note:

    You can also apply filters to your search by expanding the search bar.

  3. Click the user's email to open the User details page.
  4. On the User details page, click Edit user.
    • To edit user information, update the fields.
    • To delete a user, switch the status from Active to Deleted.
  5. When you finish editing, click Save to apply your changes.
