Change the EDI portal password

Change the EDI portal password by accessing user details, editing the profile, and setting a new password using a password recovery email.

  1. From the side menu, go to Account Management > My profile to view your User details page.
  2. On the User details page, click Edit user.
  3. On the Update user page, click the link Send email for password recovery.
    Note:

    You will receive an email with a link to set your new password.

    If you are a system owner, a direct link will be shown for you to click on. You can then click on Change password.

  4. Click the link in the email to go to the Change password page.
  5. Enter a new password and click Set this as my new password.
  6. After setting your new password, you can enter your account again by clicking Login.
