What is the EDI portal?

The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) SaphetyDoc portal lets you transact documents with your business partners or suppliers.

As a subscribing customer, you are responsible for inserting valid data into the documents generated by their certified billing software.

The service provided by the platform makes sure that the legal requirements are met, for example, filing, qualified signatures, direct invoice delivery to your customer's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and receipt confirmation.
Note: The SaphetyDoc EDI Portal is not a billing software.

Service activation

Entity registration involves filling out a specific form based on the entities you intend to connect with. To request activation, send an email to sales@saphety.com.

Subscription plans

Here are some EDI SaphetyDoc subscription plans:
  • Document plan

  • Phone support service (optional)

  • Interoperability service (optional and upon request)

Phone Support Service

Note:

This service is optional.

Only customers who have subscribed to this service can use the helpline.

To subscribe this service, you must add the phone support option to your current document plan. For more information, go to Purchase of phone support service.

Support Service

Access to Sovos Saphety Support services is provided to customers under the terms of their contract or commercial proposal, based on the following criteria:

  • The customer's products and services supported by Sovos Saphety are not suspended or in debt.

  • The products and services supported by Sovos Saphety are used in accordance with the contract terms.

Sovos Saphety may choose not to provide support to customers who do not meet these criteria. All customers with access to Sovos Saphety support will receive assistance during normal business hours (time zone GMT) unless otherwise specified in their contract or proposal.

Sovos Saphety Support will give support for the products and services supported by Sovos Saphety. Support includes general technical and product assistance for all versions of products currently supported by Sovos Saphety.

Note:

Products and services, supported by Sovos Saphety, altered or modified by third parties may not be supported.
