You can buy phone support service if it isn't purchased at the same time as the document plan.

1. Click My subscriptions in the Account Management menu at the bottom left.
2. To buy phone support service there are two ways:
   • Select the plan to add phone support on the Subscriptions page and click Buy support.
   • Or click Buy support, in the Home menu, at the top of the page.
3. Check the conditions of your phone support order on the Subscription Checkout page, in the Package Summary step.
4. Click Next to select your payment method.
