Get started with QuickBooks

All you need to know to get started with the Compliance Network for QuickBooks connector.

The Sovos Compliance Network for QuickBooks connector simplifies global e-invoicing and enables you to comply with requirements, avoid penalties, and save time. It connects directly to your QuickBooks account, which unifies the e-invoicing process for superior accuracy and complete compliance.

Process overview

Steps you need to take after finding and opening the Compliance Network for QuickBooks connector in Intuit's QuickBooks:

Accept Sovos' Terms and Conditions.
Connect to ZATCA.
Update your customers' billing addresses in QuickBooks to follow the ZATCA address format.

Tip: If you have QuickBooks-related questions, go to the QuickBooks support page.

Connect to ZATCA

Under ZATCA Connection, click Connect.
Enter the Business legal name and the VAT registration number.
Select the Industry or Sector.
Under Address correction, enter the City, District, Building number, Street name, and Postal code.
Select the checkbox to confirm the address is accurate.
Enter the ZATCA OTP (One-Time Password) code.
Click Connect and wait for ZATCA to approve your request.
Tip: If the OTP code has expired, you'll need to go to
ZATCA's Fatoora Portal
to get a new one.
