The following updates will be released to the UAT environment on December 10, 2025, and to the production environment on December 17, 2025.

New and improved

Brazil

You can now create NFe Tax Events with or without NF-e item data.
You can now sign and transmit NFSe Nacional documents through the platform.
The platform now uses the latest transmission codes for NFSe SPO documents and the latest mapping configurations for NFCom document transformations.
Documents with status code 204 are now correctly marked as legally cleared for NFCom.

France and Belgium

Added Organization ID information to Transactions list and Transaction detail pages to provide better visibility and analysis capabilities.
Enhanced document and transaction detail pages to display CorrelationID and SovosCorrelationID fields for easier analysis and reference.
Enhanced all application audit logs to consistently include SovosCorrelationId and CorrelationId fields for improved traceability and monitoring.

Poland

You can now process outbound documents even when the KSeF system is unavailable.
You can now receive KSeF response protocols as attachments to your invoices.
PDF generation now uses the latest templates.
Document transformations now use the latest configurations.
API requests now use the updated field naming convention for the token field in the 2.0 configuration API.

Panama

Document transformations now use the latest configurations.

Serbia

Archive operations now use the latest configurations.

Reports

You can now view detailed report information, including dates, contained invoices, status, and audit data, directly in the interface.
You can now filter documents by organization and jurisdiction country for more precise results.

Notifications

The platform now has improved notification handling and storage capabilities with optimized retention periods for better system performance.

Configuration

You can now configure ERP system settings, including document type, delivery method, and format ID in a single interface.

Security

Your configuration data is now more securely managed based on your authentication status.

Brazil

NFCom documents are now generated with the correct signing date.
NFCom documents now use the correct NaturalKey settings.
NFCom documents now display the correct reception date from the tax authority response.
Cancelled NFCom documents now display reception dates in the correct format.

France and Belgium

Fixed the Audit page to fully support globalization, ensuring all text is properly localized.
Fixed an issue where notifications weren't retrieved correctly when the invoice had different values for PartyTaxScheme and PartyIdentification.
Fixed original file download issue where file names containing spaces were incorrectly modified with added underscores and removed spaces.
Resolved a concurrency issue that prevented duplicate endpoint creation when concurrent API calls are made.
