Workspace localization

Note: These articles are for Workspace Admins only.

A localization file is needed to add and update the localization in Compliance Network, which currently supports English, Portuguese, French, and Arabic.

To add a new language or update an existing one, you can either:

  • Click Download template to get a template .csv document to create your translation file.
  • Click Export translations to download the current translated languages in a single .csv document.

Upload a localization file

Learn how to make changes to the Compliance Network localization.

  1. Click the Settings icon.
  2. Go to Localization. Then, click Upload.
  3. To replace the existing labels with the ones in the uploaded file, select Overwrite existing labels.
  4. Click Submit to confirm the upload.

Activate the Localization labels mode

The Localization labels mode option in Compliance Network is useful to show all the labels instead of the current localization language, so you know where each label is used.

CAUTION: This setting shows the labels to all users, preventing them from seeing the text from their selected language.
  1. Click the gear icon to access Workspace settings.
  2. Go to Localization.
  3. Under Localization labels mode, set the toggle to Enabled.
