Customize the workspace

Change the way your workspace looks by changing its logos, icons, themes, sidebar settings, and colors.

Note: These articles are for Workspace Admins only.

Sovos offers the following customization options:

Branding: Changing the dark logo, the light logo, or the icon.
Theming: Adding, editing, and deleting themes that you can offer to your users.
Color customization: Changing Compliance Network's colors and the sidebar settings.

Customize the workspace branding

You can customize the workspace branding in Compliance Network by uploading a custom logo or icon.

When you remove a logo or icon from the workspace in Compliance Network, you use the default image.

Change the workspace colors for the Main and Settings sidebars for a specific theme in Compliance Network.

Click the Settings icon.
Select Branding and Theming on the navigation menu.
Under Theming, select a theme you want to update.
Under Navigation, select Main to change the colors in the main side panel, or Settings to change the colors in the settings side panel.
Tip: Any changes you make are shown on the sidebar preview before you save them.
To change a color, click the color preview icon and select a different color in the pop-up.
Click Save.

Change the sidebar settings for a specific workspace theme in Compliance Network.

Click the Settings icon.
Select Branding and Theming on the navigation menu.
Under Theming, select a theme you want to update.
Under Navigation, select the Main or the Settings sidebar.
Under Side bar settings, you can:
- Show or hide the product name.
- Show or hide the Product switcher icon, which allows users to quickly access other Sovos apps.
- Select one logo type for the selected sidebar.
Tip: Any changes you make are shown on the sidebar preview before you save them.
Click Save.

Change the primary, secondary, text and background colors for a specific workspace theme in Compliance Network.

Click the Settings icon.
Select Branding and Theming on the navigation menu.
Under Theming, select a theme you want to update.
Click the color preview icon for any of the colors under the Primary, Secondary, Text and Background sections and select a different color in the pop-up.
Click Save.
