The following error codes can be returned by any Admin service operation. Common client error codes are transmitted inside a tac:TrustArchiveClientFault and common server error codes are transmitted inside a tac:TrustArchiveServerFault. All error code values are of type xs:string.

Common client error codes

Code	Description
Unauthorized	The client is not authorized to perform the requested operation.
ParameterMissing	A mandatory part of the input parameter is missing.
ParameterInvalid	A part of the input parameter is malformed.
NotSupported	A part of the input parameter is not supported.

Common server error codes

Code	Description
InternalError	An internal error has occurred.
TemporarilyUnavailable	This operation is temporarily unavailable. Try again later.

The following client error codes are specific to individual Admin service operations. Each operation may also return the common error codes listed above.

RegisterSection operation

Code	Description
SectionAlreadyRegistered	A section with the given name is already registered and the RegistrationMode parameter has the value CreateNew.
CountryOfEstablishmentAlreadySet	An attempt was made to change or clear an already existing country of establishment for a storage section enabled for storage.
SectionClosed	The storage section is closed for storage.
CountryNotEnabled	An attempt was made to update the vacant country of establishment belonging to a storage section enabled for storage, but the country is not enabled for storage.
IdentityProviderNotFound	The IdentityProviderName does not refer to an existing identity provider.

EnableSection operation

Code	Description
SectionNotRegistered	No storage section with the given name is registered.
SectionAlreadyEnabled	The storage section is already enabled for storage.
SectionClosed	The storage section is closed for storage.
CountryNotEnabled	The storage section's country of establishment is not enabled for storage.

ResetSectionPwd operation

Code	Description
SectionNotRegistered	No storage section with the given name has been registered.
SectionNotEnabled	The storage section has not been enabled for storage.
SectionClosed	The storage section is closed.

LockSection operation

Code	Description
SectionNotRegistered	No storage section with the given name is registered.
SectionNotEnabled	The storage section is not enabled for storage.
SectionLocked	The storage section is (already) locked.
SectionClosed	The storage section is closed.

CloseSection operation

Code	Description
SectionNotRegistered	No storage section with the given name has been registered.
SectionNotEnabled	The storage section is not enabled for storage.
SectionClosed	The storage section is (already) closed.

GetSectionInfo operation

Code	Description
SectionNotFound	No storage section with the given name registered or auto-created.

StoreCryptoKey operation

Code	Description
SectionNotRegistered	No storage section with the given name has been registered.
PasswordMismatch	The password cannot decrypt the private key.
CertificateAndKeyMismatch	The private key and certificate are not associated.
CertificateAlreadyExists	The section already contains the certificate.

RemoveCryptoKey operation

Code	Description
NotFound	The reference could not be found.
ReferentialIntegrityFailure	The key is referenced by one or more branches and can therefore not be removed.

ReplaceCryptoKey operation

Code	Description
NotFound	The reference could not be found.
PasswordMismatch	The password cannot decrypt the private key.
CertificateAndKeyMismatch	The private key and certificate are not associated.
CertificateAlreadyExists	The section already contains the certificate.

ListCryptoKeys operation

Code	Description
SectionNotRegistered	The section is not registered.

GetCryptoKeyInfo operation

Code	Description
NotFound	The reference could not be found.

RegisterBranch operation

Code	Description
SectionNotRegistered	The section is not registered.
BranchAlreadyRegistered	A branch with the TaxId in the same country has already been registered in this section.
NotFound	A crypto key could net be found using the provided reference.

ListBranches operation

Code	Description
SectionNotRegistered	The section is not registered.

GetBranchInfo operation

Code	Description
SectionNotRegistered	The section is not registered
BranchNotRegistered	The operation requires a registered branch to be registered but the branch identified by the request parameters is unknown or enough information has not been associated with the branch.
