User management

User management is centralized in the Control Panel. Only security administrators can add or modify users. Every user has a single profile that determines what they can see and do in the application. Profiles can’t be combined: A user who manages security can’t also view documents, and vice versa.

The system logs every action performed by every user. Security administrators can review these logs at any time and export them to CSV.

The Usuarios section has two subsections:

Usuarios Locales

Internal users who log in to the application directly.

Usuarios Externos (Administración Delegada)

External users, such as clients, who are authorized to view documents issued to them.
