Track cesión status

You must have the document assignment permission to complete this task.

Go to Cesión de Documentos > Gestión de Documentos Cedidos.
Run a search to find the documents you want to review.
Check the status column for each document:

Pending

Cesión is in progress.

Assigned

Cesión completed successfully.

With error

Cesión failed. The document is available to retry.

Under review

Cesión is in a review state (requires special configuration).

From the results, click the Ver AEC column to view a document's AEC file. You can also click Exportar a Excel to export the list to a spreadsheet or download the AEC files in bulk.
