Belgian government e-invoicing portal (Mercurius)
For Business-to-Government (B2G) invoicing in Belgium, Sovos routes invoices through the Mercurius platform. Key information:
- Portal link: https://digital.belgium.be/e-invoicing/
- Supported formats: PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0, UBL 2.1
- Mandatory for: All suppliers to Belgian federal government entities
- Routing: Sovos handles routing to Mercurius automatically when the buyer is a Belgian government entity
