Download and print a form

eFileMyForms allows you to download and print forms in PDF format.

You can only print and mail a form after placing an order and sending the form to the IRS or SSA.

You can also watch this video on downloading and printing a form.

  1. Click Order History.
  2. Click the order number.
    The Order History menu option and the Order number column are highlighted.
    This will take you to the page that lists all the forms processed in this order.
  3. Find the recipients you want to send copies to, then select the PDF checkbox.
  4. Click the Copy B dropdown and select the copies you want to print.
  5. Click Get PDFs.
    The PDF checkbox and the Get PDFs button are highlighted.
  6. Click Download PDF on the PDF Ready! pop-up to start the download.
  7. After downloading the PDF, you can print your forms.
