Mass Update Tax Jurisdiction Code

You can use the Mass Update Tax Jurisdiction Code tool to update the Tax Jurisdiction Codes for addresses using Geo Codes from Tax Determination.

You can update addresses for the following entities:

Tip:

If you need to update lots of data, you can run multiple instances of the tool at the same time.

Go to Cockpit - Main (Transaction /n/SOVOSD/COCKPIT).
Go to Maintain SAP Records and click Execute next to Mass Update of Tax Jurisdiction Code.
In Selections, select the entity whose Tax Jurisdiction Codes you want to update.
Optional: In Parameters, enter values to filter out certain entities.
For example: If you select Customer, you can enter a range of Customer numbers to only update Tax Jurisdiction Codes for customers in that range.
Optional: If you want to run multiple instances of the tool at the same time, in Parallel processing, select Via Job, then enter the number of instances you want to run in the Job Quantity field.
Click Execute or press F8.
A message saying that The job was created will be displayed.
To check the status of the job, go to System > Own Jobs. When the job's status is Finished in the Status column, the Tax Jurisdiction Codes have been updated.
