Upload the Tax Configuration Workbooks

Follow these steps to upload the Tax Configuration Workbooks to the Oracle Fusion Cloud Connector for Global Tax Determination.

  1. Go to My Enterprise > Setup and Maintenance.
  2. Click the Task icon, then click Search.
  3. Enter Manage Tax Regimes in the search field, then click the Search icon and select Manage Tax Regimes from the results.
  4. Click Rapid Setup Spreadsheets, then select Upload Tax Configuration Workbook from the dropdown.
  5. Click Choose File, then select TaxConfigurationWorkbook-Sovos US.zip from your files.
  6. Click Upload, then click OK on the pop-up.
To see the status of your upload, click Monitor Upload and Download Processes. When your upload is finished, the Tax Configuration Content Upload process will say Succeeded in the Status column.
Repeat steps 1-6 for the following workbooks:
  • TaxConfigurationWorkbook—Sovos US States.zip

  • TaxConfigurationWorkbook—Sovos US Counties.zip

  • TaxConfigurationWorkbook—Sovos US Locals.zip

    Note:

    Uploading each workbook separately ensures that you do not have to re-upload all the tax content if one upload fails.
