Expirations

Learn about expiration periods in CertManager.

You can set expiration periods for exemptions in each state or province and for each reason for exemption in CertManager.

  • If there is no expiration date on the exemption certificate, an exemption date will be set automatically.
  • If you set an expiration period for the state or province or reason for exemption, the expiration date will populate after you select a reason for exemption, state or province, and effective date.

Expiration periods can help you accurately filter exemptions by expiration status and email customers about expiring and expired exemptions.
