New and improved

ReportMyUP and ReportMyUP Plus
Property list filters
We improved the State, Status, and Property Code quick filters on the property list. The filter list now keeps your scroll position when you select or clear an option, instead of returning to the top of the list.
We also added Select All and Deselect All options at the top of each quick filter list. You can now start with all options selected and clear only the ones you do not need.

Regulatory updates

ReportMyUP and ReportMyUP Plus
Multiple states
We updated the Tangible Codes document for the Fall 2026 cycle:
  • The Mississippi state note no longer includes the phrase "does not accept physical property."

  • The District of Columbia entry for code N (Miscellaneous Papers Non-Value) includes the dash value.

  • The West Virginia entry for code MISC (Misc. Items) includes the period value.

We updated the Payment Methods document to reflect the Fall 2026 review completed on August 28, 2026. The state payment instructions now include the following:
  • Bank details

  • Routing numbers

  • Automated Clearing House (ACH) instructions

  • Remittance portals

Note:

The changed fields are highlighted so you can see what is different before you remit.

We updated the Holder Reimbursement Information document for the Fall 2026 cycle. Reimbursement instructions, form links, and state contact information are up to date for the affected states, including Arizona and Arkansas.
We updated the Fall 2026 State Addresses information with verified contact details for three states: Idaho’s email address, Iowa’s fax number and physical address, and Utah’s phone number and email address. You can now send your reports to the correct state contacts. You can find this information at Compliance Resources > By State/Province by filtering by state and clicking Address Information.
We reviewed the Negative Report Summary document with the Fall 2026 negative reporting requirements and no changes were needed.
Maryland
We updated the State Requirement document with the Maryland manual submission instructions.
New York
We updated the New York section of the Relationship Code document for the Fall 2026 cycle:
  • We added Aggregate (AP).

  • We removed Community Property (CP), Heir (HE), and Usufruct (UF).

You can find this information at Compliance Resources > By State/Province by filtering by state and clicking Relationship Codes.
Pennsylvania
We updated Pennsylvania state reports to generate National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators (NAUPA) files in TXT format instead of the encrypted HDE format. Pennsylvania is moving to the KAPs system, which no longer accepts HDE files, so your Pennsylvania filings now use the TXT file.
