New and improved

ReportMyUP and ReportMyUP Plus
Quebec reporting
We now support Quebec as a reportable jurisdiction, including the following features:
Compliance resources
Review Quebec's regulatory information on the Compliance Resources page, including dormancy periods and relationship codes.
Physical presence
Indicate your business's physical presence in Quebec on the Business Information page. This determines whether properties with Quebec owner addresses report to Quebec.
Important:

When you indicate Quebec physical presence, the system recalculates the dormancy for existing properties with a report state of Quebec. Properties may show a failed report year because Quebec uses different property codes. If you don't have a physical presence in Quebec, download all properties with a Quebec owner address and empty report date, then review, edit if needed, and reimport them to validate and recalculate the dormancy.

State assigned ID
Enter your Quebec tax identification number (NEQ code) on the Business Information page. The NEQ code is required during state reporting.
State reports
Generate and download an Excel file containing your records. Then manually enter the records into Quebec's web portal before the Spring 2026 deadline.

Bug fix

Bulk import
You can now import property owner addresses with full state names in addition to two-character abbreviations, eliminating "property code not supported by subscription" errors.
