Upgrade subscription

Follow these steps to upgrade your subscription to ReportMyUP Plus.

Note:

Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated amount will be charged to your primary payment method.

When you upgrade to ReportMyUP Plus, you'll get access to the following additional features:

  • You can add up to five businesses to your account.

  • You can add up to five users to your account.

  • You can limit users' access with security roles.

CAUTION:

After the upgrade, only customer service can downgrade your subscription.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
    The Settings icon and the Billing button are highlighted.
    Note:

    Read about what to do if the Billing page isn't loading.

  2. Click your subscription information.
    The subscription information section is highlighted.
  3. Click Edit Subscription.
  4. Click Change.
    The Change button is highlighted
  5. Select ReportMyUP Plus from the dropdown, then click Update.
  6. Select the number of property records from the dropdown.
  7. Click Update Subscription.
