Troubleshoot an access error
Learn why you might see a "You don't have access to this application" message when logging in to ReportMyUP, and what to do next.

Your account does not exist in the system

Your subscription is cancelled or was never activated

You are a Sovos customer but do not have a ReportMyUP subscription
Your account does not exist in the system
ReportMyUP can't find an account associated with your login.

Your account administrator has not added you as a user yet.

Your account was inactive for more than 12 months before upgrading from UPExchange and was removed from the system.

You are logging in with a different email address than the one associated with your account.
What to do: Contact your account administrator to confirm they added you as a user and that you are using the correct email address. If the problem continues, contact support.
Your subscription is cancelled or was never activated
Your account exists, but your subscription is cancelled or was never set up with an active payment method.

You cancelled your subscription and it was not renewed.

You started a free trial but did not add a payment method.

Your account was upgraded from UPExchange and you did not add a payment method in ReportMyUP.
What to do: Contact support to restore your access. When you have access, go to and add a payment method.
Sovos can restore access for up to 30 days from the cancellation date. When your account is restored, payment is due within 15 days to keep access.
If your account was upgraded from UPExchange, complete payment directly in ReportMyUP to avoid interruptions.
You are a Sovos customer but do not have a ReportMyUP subscription
You have access to other Sovos products but have not purchased a ReportMyUP subscription.

You clicked the Unclaimed Property option on the Sovos Home page without an active ReportMyUP subscription.

You had a UPExchange account that wasn't upgraded to ReportMyUP.
What to do: Go to reportmyup.com to set up a subscription.
