The following steps describe how to configure the adapter.ini file to connect SAP with Tax Determination.
If your connector is installed on a computer running Linux, you'll have to update and edit the parameters manually by opening the adapter.ini file.
You can also use a computer running Windows to edit the parameters with the Configuration GUI and then copy the edited adapter.ini file over to the Linux computer.
- Go to the connector's main folder and execute the runConfigurationGUI file.
- Update the parameters by entering the information in the required fields on the Common, Server, Destination, and Connection tabs.
Tip:
Parameters automatically populate with default values, but you can change them if needed.
- Click Save.
When the adapter.ini file is updated, a confirmation message will ask you to restart the connector server to apply the changes.
If you left a required field blank, you will get an error message listing the blank fields. Enter the required information in the highlighted fields and click Save again.
