Depending on your business requirements, Oracle may not send all required tax driver information to the tax partner. Currently, it is not possible to update the payload that Oracle sends. Instead, you can run BI Publisher (BIP) reports, either in real time or as a batch process.

After a discussion with your Professional Services contact about your business requirements, Sovos will develop a BIP catalog, which you should then upload to the BI Publisher.
